David is a respected CEO with extensive experience running operating entities, as well as a strategic management consultant. At RSI, David brings a unique and holistic leadership perspective with outside investors, lenders, and operating partners. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is dedicated to his family as a husband and father of six and serves as a pastor at Puritan Reform Church in Phoenix.

Shawn T. Ingram

CFO - Partner

As a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience, Shawn is a leader with a wealth of knowledge and extensive accounting background. Shawn has served as CFO for multiple operating entities, with an expertise in mergers and acquisitions. He is also known for his ability to build financial acumen with non-financial employees, ensuring a well-rounded and knowledgeable team. In his personal life, Shawn is a husband to his beautiful wife and father of three.

Shari Silva

Associate - Executive Assistant

Shari Silva is an accomplished Executive Assistant with a varied background in education and successful home-based businesses. She combines her experience and communication skills to take on multi-layered projects and streamline them into achievable tasks with success. In her personal life, she donates her time to serving women in her congregation, and is a devoted mother to five successful adult children and four grandchildren.
